Role:
Associate – Litigation
Location:
Jangpura Extension, New Delhi
Qualifications:
LL.B., preferably enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council
Responsibilities:
. Drafting commercial suits, civil suits, writ petitions, trademark and copyright cancellation petitions, Regular First Appeals, and First Appeals against Orders.
. Drafting legal notices, responses, and other ancillary legal documents.
. Ensuring compliance with court procedures and meeting litigation deadlines.
. Representing clients before the Delhi High Court and District Courts, handling arguments, briefing seniors, and assisting in mediation proceedings.
. Developing a strong understanding of procedural laws related to civil and commercial litigation.
