Associate / Senior Associate
Qualifications:
- Registered with Bar Council of any State in India
- Registered Patent Agent with Indian Patent Office
- 1-3 years of work experience as lawyer / patent professional
Responsibilities:
- Drafting Patent specification and response to Patent office actions;
- Conducting hearings before Patent Office and IP Division;
- Drafting and conducting IP opposition and revocation proceedings;
- Preparing Patent validity and infringement opinions;
- Providing legal advice with respect to protection and enforcement of Patents in India;
- Drafting legal notices, replies, and legal submissions;
- Drafting / reviewing IP agreements and contracts;
- Advisory and counselling to clients in relation to patents and other IP.
