Qualifications:
- Law degree from a reputable institution.
- Experience: 4-6 years of post-qualification experience in general corporate advisory and transactional work.
- Specialization: Expertise in technology law, commercial contracts, and corporate law.
- Industry Exposure: Previous experience working with tech conglomerates, social media, SAAS, and e-commerce companies is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in handling legal matters for large tech companies.
- Indepth knowledge of corporate law, compliance, and technology law.
- Ability to provide strategic legal advice and solutions.
- Strong transactional experience in areas such as FDI, private equity, and consumer protection.
Responsibilities:
– Legal Advisory for Tech Conglomerates:
– Provide strategic legal advice to large tech conglomerates on various legal matters, including technology law, compliance, and commercial contracts.
General Corporate Advisory:
– Offer expertise in general corporate advisory, including company law, FDI, private equity, and investment.
– Provide insights and guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
Transactional Work:
– Handle transactional work related to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and investment transactions.
– Advise clients on legal aspects of consumer protection laws.
Multi-disciplinary Legal Support:
– Advise clients on a broad range of legal disciplines, ensuring a comprehensive approach to legal solutions.
