Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in law/CS
- An accredited qualification in regulatory and compliance assurance will be advantageous.
- More than 3 years of work experience in the Legal industry.At least years of experience as a regulatory compliance specialist.
- Extensive knowledge of industry regulations and governing laws.
- Proficiency in office and compliance management software.
- Exceptional analytical, investigative, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Developing compliance auditing plans based on thorough research and studies
- Leading the engagements of Gap Analysis and assurance to the client that all laws & compliances are covered in the compliance management solution
- Implementation of compliance programs across client organizations
- Ensuring that the compliance program is working effectively through audits & reviews
- Leading engagements for conducting compliance audits and report presentations to the client’s Risk & Audit Committee.
- Identification of non-compliances, developing a remedial action plan on critical non-compliances sought during the reviews and providing practical recommendations
- Conducting, managing, and overseeing external and internal audits.
- Reviewing all relevant programs and activities affected by industry regulations, including records, reports, and software
- Analyzing existing compliance records and making all necessary updates.
