About:
Sameer Dawar is a litigation lawyer having an experience of close to 9 years. He handles Civil and Commercial proceedings before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and trial Courts, including Suits for Recovery, Declaration, Partition, Possession, Injunction, Rendition of Accounts, etc. involving Statues such as the Code of Civil Procedure, Specific Relief Act, Transfer of Property Act, Indian Partnership Act.
He also regularly handles Construction/Commercial Arbitrations and Sections 9, 11, 34 and other Arbitration Petitions before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and has represented various corporate and individual Clients in this regard.
He also appears before the National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi in Insolvency Petitions, Oppression and Mismanagement matters.
Sameer has substantial experience in drafting Statement of Claim(s)/SOD, Writ Petitions, SLP’s, Suit pleadings, counter affidavits, interim applications. He also has substantial experience in drafting of agreements, SHA’s, NDA’s, employment contracts, vetting of documents, keeping a check on various legal compliances, due diligence, etc.
