Commerical Disputes Advocate

5+ years
Qualifications:
- Excellent academic credentials, with a LL.B. from a reputable University.
- Completion of AIB exam is a must.
- Prior experience working in a law firm preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Confident solution provider – able to function independently with minimal supervision and also a team player.
- Very proactive – must anticipate risk, identify and resolve problems, balancing commercial and legal risks when advising the Business.
- Ethically driven – able to say “no” in the face of strong business pressure and comply with policies or the law.
- Good presentation and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and excellent drafting skills
- Experience in appearing and presenting arguments in Courts
- Experience in drafting pleadings
- Experience in conducting trial
- Understanding of procedures and processes to be followed in various courts including High Court, in Bangalore, Karnataka
- Understanding of laws
- Fluency in spoken and written Kannada
- Professionals with international experience, significant academic achievements, publications in peer reviewed journals or other demonstrations of astute legal skills.
