Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling written and video content tailored to our student audience.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
- Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across all content platforms.
Community Engagement:
- Cultivate active and supportive communities on platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp.
- Monitor and respond to student inquiries and discussions in a timely manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the communities.
Student Support:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for student queries, providing prompt and helpful responses.
- Proactively identify and address common student concerns or challenges.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless student experience.
