Responsibilities:
- 𝗗𝘂𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Conduct due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other significant transactions.
- 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Ensure Client operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies:
- 𝗡𝗲𝗴𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗩𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: Lead and participate in negotiations for complex agreements and transactions.
- 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, client agreements, and employment contracts.
