Corporate Associate

Karachi, Pakistan
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Accounting, or Corporate Governance.
- 0-6 months of experience in corporate filings, compliance, or documentation work.
- Strong command over MS Office (especially Word & Excel).
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and in teams.
- Analytical mindset with proactive problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in SECP filings, company incorporations, and annual compliance tasks.
- Support the preparation and updating of corporate documents, forms, and records.
- Maintain accurate company data and documentation on internal systems.
- Coordinate with clients for data collection and verification.
- Prepare reports and assist senior team members on ongoing assignments.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and compliance tasks as assigned.
