Qualifications:
- LLB
- Experience in advisory, compliance and risk management experience in Tech/IT/ITES sector
- Non litigation/corporate law firm experience is desirable
- Team player, seasoned self-driven, excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- India Geo and site legal counsel supporting allocated business verticals and functional clients
- Establish and monitor compliance, training and policy matters including trainings
- Remain abreast with emerging trends and best practices in legal and policy matters including ESG
- Manage litigation through external counsels.
