Role:
Counsel, Litigation COE
Qualification:
· LL.B. / LL.M. degree from a reputed and BCI-accredited law institute in India, or other international equivalent
· 8+ years of litigation and investigations support experience at a top tier law firm, professional consulting or managed services firm, and/or in-house at a multi-national company, particularly experience supporting government inquiries and regulatory investigations, white collar, and complex commercial disputes
· Experience in conducting internal investigations, fact development, witness interviews, and early case assessments
· Expert in eDiscovery and document review best practices and hands-on experience with major review platforms (i.e. Relativity, OpenText, Disco, etc.)
· Understanding of computer and digital forensics
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented, flexible, and impeccable integrity
· Collaborative by nature and able to build strong partnerships
· Comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment and ability to manage and prioritize a diverse and complex workload
· Self-motivated, driven, and ability to work independently and within a team to achieve desired objectives
· Substantive trial, arbitration, and/or adversarial administrative proceeding experience
· Previous in-house experience (preferably at a technology company with global operations)
· Fluency in multiple languages
Responsibilities:
· Support investigation and litigation matters, including initial fact development and issue assessments, leading eDiscovery and document review efforts, conducting interviews and preparing summary memoranda, and preparing matter reports and executive presentations
· Meet or exceed KPI, productivity, and service level standards set for the Litigation COE
· Contribute to the continued development and improvement of operating playbooks, intake procedures, and workflow management and other operating procedures to maximize the efficiency and productivity of the Litigation COE
