8 Years with team handling experience
Responsibilities:
- Legal activity numbers,
- Handling issues
- Directing properly on police case handling, executions
- Reviewing ALM
- Visiting locations, reviewing ALM & LMs
- Meeting advocate and resolving challenges
- Conducting meeting with collections team during visit and providing legal solutions and improve support.
- Performances of entire team
- Major challenges
