Qualifications:
- Masters in Social Work (MSW)
Responsibilities:
- Timely adherence to all the relevant CSR regulatory corporate governance requirements
- Keeping abreast with mandatory statutory changes and likely new developments
- Proactively working towards ‘CSR Intelligence’ and identifying good practices followed by other Companies, and appropriately deploying at Galaxy
- Liaising with external / internal agencies, Govt. bodies and stakeholders
- Through consistent coaching/training, working towards CSR related ‘Capacity Building’ of every geography’s CSR Steering Council members / navigators/ exiting & new employees, and knowledge sharing with connected stakeholders
- Updating CSR Quality System design, development and deployment including documentation/SOPs/Formats, as appropriate
- Facilitating identification, selection of good CSR Projects/programmes/deserving beneficiaries / creditable implementation partners, assessment / due diligence / verification process, implementation/smooth execution at respective geography
- Ensuring continual improvements, maintenance, effectiveness, and efficiency of the CSR Management System & protocols
- Leading effective budgeting projections process, its utilisation, and controls mechanism
- Ensuring periodic CSR review meeting at respective geographies and support the team whenever required
- Review of CSR Projects documents of different geographies and submitting to CSR head for further processing
