Role: Associate – Commercial Litigation
Location: New Delhi
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Law Graduate
- Basic Knowledge on Trademark, Copyright, Patent etc.
- Should have good communication skills, well versed in English.
- Knowledge of MS Office tools (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint etc.) is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Overall management of complaints related to Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) received from a third-party.
- -Preparing Responses to emails received by the Company in relation to IPRs complaints.
- -Preparing Reports of IPR Complaints.
Salary: Remuneration is competitive with the sector and will vary depending on the candidate’s qualifications and work experience)
