Qualification:
- LLB or LLM with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA)
- 50% marks for SC/ST/PwBD categories
- Minimum 21 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) as an Advocate in District Court, High Court, or Supreme Court
Responsibilities:
- Interpret, manage, and enhance legal strategies for the corporation
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, and official documents
- Represent BPCL in legal proceedings
- Provide expert legal advice and counseling on all official matters
- Lead legal strategy and policy formulation
