Head Legal Litigation

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B./LL.M.) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in litigation, preferably in a corporate/legal firm setting.
- Proven track record of handling diverse litigation matters independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and motivate team members
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement litigation strategies to protect the interests of the company.
- Handle complex legal disputes, including civil, criminal, and commercial litigation cases.
- Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and other legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and provide legal opinions on litigation matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, and affidavits.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel as required for specialized litigation matters.
- Monitor and manage litigation budgets and expenses.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and judicial precedents relevant to the company’s business.
