Role:
The firm is looking for teammates for 3 new positions of Director Programs, Program Lead, and Communications Manager.
Summary of the positions:
- Director Program (18-20 years of experience): Someone who understands adult leadership development and has worked with political workers. Political experience is really crucial for this role, as is knowledge of program design. Compensation is between around 20 lakhs/annum
- Program Lead (8-10 years of experience): Someone with experience in facilitation, leading a team and leadership program design work. Compensation is 12-13 lakhs/annum. This person will potentially be leading The Good Politician program design and execution.
