About:
An experienced litigator having 12 years standing at the Bar. He has acted as counsel in a wide range of contentious corporates, commercial, property management, lease agreement, corporate agreement negotiation, family, probate and trust litigation work. He has made his deep mark taking novel legal arguments to both Trial and Appellate Courts, including the Supreme Court of India and Delhi, Punjab & Haryana Allahabad – Lucknow and Bombay High Courts & Tribunals etc. He has been actively engaged in law practise of Criminal Defense matters , Bail , Arbitration, Dispute Resolution, Matrimonial Disputes Divorce, RERA, DRT, ED, NCLT NCLAT, GST , CBI Matter, PCA, NDPS, PLMA, FEMA , FERA, probate administration etc in PAN India.
