Junior Associates – TMT (Technology, Media & Telecommunications), Data & Fintech Practices

Qualification:
LL.B
Eligibility Criteria:
- Law graduates with 1–2 years of law firm experience
- Candidates who have consistently advised or assisted large international corporates
- Open to applicants with experience in cross-border M&A or Private Equity
(Excludes those with primary experience in VC structuring) - Looking for ambitious, driven professionals interested in transitioning into the TMT – Data – Fintech space
Responsibilities:
- Work on advisory and regulatory matters
- Assist with legal compliance, sourcing, and digitisation issues
- Handle complex technology transactions, including licensing, outsourcing, and tech sale/market entry agreements
(Note: This role does not involve tech M&A, Private Equity, or Venture Capital structuring)
