Anubhav Sinha Law Chambers will be welcoming one person as a junior counsel.
Role:
- Litigation practice exclusively. Primarily before the High Court at Calcutta and in arbitrations. Will be engaged as a counsel and will not be expected to file any matters.
- Will be helping me in research and structuring arguments. Preparation of case papers.
Qualifications:
LLB from a recognised university. Should have cleared the All India Bar Exam.
Prior experience in litigation will not be a deciding factor.
Good knowledge of basic law and clarity of legal concepts will be crucial.
Knowledge of Bengali is important.
