Junior Lawyer
Location:
Greater Bengaluru Area (On-site)
Qualifications:
- Experience in preparing migration applications in all visa categories (preferred)
- Ability to research legislative, policy and case law
- Ability to draft submissions for the AAT and Federal Court
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent drafting skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
- You will be involved in all aspects of Australian immigration law. This will include but not limited to temporary and permanent visa applications including visa cancellations
- Administrative Appeals Tribunal applications
- Drafting, submissions
- Analyse and determine visa solutions
- Advise and manage clients from beginning to the end of the visa process
