Law Officer Grade A

Qualification:
- Law Graduate
- Candidates must have appeared in the examination of PG CLAT-2024 (examination conducted in December 2023).
Experience:
PQE 2 years as on 31.10.2023
Responsibilities:
- Litigation involving Civil, Consumer and Criminal matters before different Judicial/ Quasi-Judicial forums, involving drafting and vetting of pleadings, notices etc. and attending such proceedings in the aforesaid forums.
- Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism involving drafting and vetting of pleadings, notices etc and attending such proceedings before ADR forums
- Drafting and vetting of various kinds of contractual documents including agreements, notices etc.
- Rendering Legal opinion on various business issues including those related to Mergers, Acquisition and Joint Ventures, regulatory matters etc.
- Any other job depending upon the organizational requirement.
