About:

Qualification:
LL.B Graduate+ minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a practicing advocate or working experience in a reputed law firm or Legal Department of a Company
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and vetting of legal deeds and documents.
- Assist Head Legal in providing advice/opinions on various aspects raised by different Departments/Zones on varied subjects.
- To coordinate with all departments and locations on all legal issues.
- To coordinate for details on each legal issue and discuss/advice counsel/advocates on the matters.
- Attending court hearings.
- Assist Head Legal in collecting and providing data from Departments/Zones.
- To do Legal Research.
- Attend Conferences/Meetings by various departments/industry where legal implications are involved in the Corporation’s interest.
