Responsibilities:
The lawyer should be able to work on general corporate, M&A (listed and unlisted), PE, VC matters.
- Drafting and Negotiations of Transaction Documents;
- Lead due diligence;
- Strong grip on corporate laws – Companies Act, 2013, FEMA laws, SEBI laws, Contract Act
- Ability to pick new areas of law and adaptability to various work streams such as advisory, drafting, negotiations, corporate litigation.
