Qualifications:
- The candidate must be organised, display excellent written/communication skills and have the ability to apply independent judgment.
- Should have a law degree and 4+ years relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably working with multinational construction industry companies.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reviewing a full range of contracts and associated documents.
- Providing clear and concise feedback on contract risks and conduct follow up calls with colleagues to discuss, where required in a timely manner.
- Proactively managing and leading negotiations.
- Establishing and maintaining good professional relationships with the business, as well as with external parties such as clients and their legal counsel.
- Maintain appropriate awareness of the legislative and regulatory environment relating to key aspects of WSP’s current operations.
