Requirement:
- Qualification: Law Graduate
- Experience: 2-3 yrs. of attending the courts.
- Role: – Legal Associate on SALARY BASIS.

Job Profile:
- Required Min 2-4 yrs. of experienced
- Handle all Legal matter in Bank’s legal matters, debt recovery through SERFAESI and other legal action.
- Assist in property execution through police for and Magistrate.
- Manage the recovery litigation, physical possession under SARFAESI laws.
- Filing the Petition of Section 14 under SARFAESI ACT 2002 in CMM/DM
- Follow-up the DM/CMM/CJM (through calls, emails, visits) in different STATES/DISTRICTS of INDIA for getting the early orders
- Liaising with Police force and with Magistrate for taking physical possession of the mortgaged properties.
- Proven soft skills in Excel, MS word and online legal search.
- Skill of Drafting of Petition/ Replies.
