Legal Associate – Litigation
Area:
Civil, Commercial and Constitutional Litigation in Trial Courts & Appellate Courts
Location:
Mumbai, Candidates in Mumbai and Thane will be preferred.
Qualification:
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to prioritise complex and often interrelated tasks
- Good team player, collaborative style of working
Experience:
LL. B with a minimum of 0 to 2 years of post-qualification experience.
Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of the Civil Procedure Code and Civil Laws.
- Drafting all kinds of Pleadings such as Notices, Complaints, Evidence Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders, Writ Petitions and all forms of Applications etc.
- Appearance before – High Court, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
- Assist with case management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing case documents during the course of the proceedings.
- Good research skills.
- Fluency in English with Good Communications skills.
- Experience in dealing with Clients is preferable.
