About:

Role:
Legal Associate Trainee
Location:
Hyderabad (On-site position; candidates must be based in Hyderabad or willing to relocate)
Qualification:
- 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome!)
- Strong drafting & analytical skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Eager to learn and grow with the firm
Responsibilities:
- Draft and review commercial contracts
- Assist in corporate & investment transactions (PE/VC/startup deals)
- Support real estate transactions
- Conduct research and due diligence
