Role:
They are currently looking for a talented Legal Counsel who will be responsible for supporting the Head of Legal in a variety of legal topics and in maintaining a filing and retrieval system for the legal files.
Responsibilities:
- Legal Compliance & Counseling:
- Support the Head of Legal in overseeing the developments of the applicable laws and regulations, to assure company’s legal compliance.
- Work with the relevant departments to monitor the application of the governance policies and the necessary adjustments.
- Support the Head of Legal in providing accurate and timely counsel in a variety of legal topics.
Contracts:
- Work with the Head of Legal and the relevant departments to negotiate and draft a wide variety of contracts, both in Italian and English, in particular sponsorship agreements, content production and distribution, supply agreements.
- Office management:
- Develop and maintain digital archive systems for legal files, cases, and contracts.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Law.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous mid-level (minimum 5 years) experience in a law firm or in a similar role in legal department of an international company.
- Broad understanding of legal compliance and commercial contracts.
- Computer literacy.
- Proactive personality and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of intellectual property and FIA regulations is a plus.
