Legal Executive
Qualifications:
- Must hold an LLB/LLM
- 0-1 years of experience in the legal field.
- Exceptional problem-solving and management capabilities.
- An innovative thinker with robust analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels.
- A proactive and results-driven approach, coupled with creativity and passion.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adept at stakeholder management.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal and corporate secretarial support.
- Handle a diverse range of contractual matters, including drafting, vetting, negotiating, and reviewing agreements.
- Demonstrate expertise in intellectual property laws, particularly in copyright and patent laws.
- Play a pivotal role in interpreting contracts and advising our business teams on their contractual responsibilities.
- Develop standard agreement templates and compliance checklists.
- Keep up with the evolving transportation laws, offering crucial advice to our management on regulatory matters.
- Efficiently maintain their legal repository and manage various administrative duties including contract management.
