Role:
Legal Manager- Legal Entity Management
Location: Okhla, Delhi
Eligibility-
Qualification- LLB in any specialization (Preferred)
Experience: Must have experience in NBFC (Affordable Housing) for at least 5 years
Skills Required-
- Pertinent experience in affordable housing loan, LAP and Mortgage loan
- Sound knowledge of property and allied laws.
- Analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong in system and data maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Would be responsible for updating and modification of legal policy, scrutiny and approval for title search reports, property for creation of mortgage/ security.
- Compliance of stamping, ensuring quality of report/ valuations.
- Risk evaluation with respect to the documentation.
- Coordinate and interact with the external lawyers for investigation purpose.
- Drafting, vetting and documentation of equitable mortgage, simple mortgage, security creation, agreements etc.
- Handling all the legal litigations.
