This is a full-time hybrid role and will be located in Hyderabad with the ability to work from home.
Qualifications:
- Experience in law, legal compliance, legal document preparation, legal consulting and legal affairs.
- In-depth knowledge of property management laws and regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities with a proactive approach.
- Judgment and decision-making skills to assess legal issues and provide practical solutions.
- High level of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in law.
Responsibilities:
The Legal Manager will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the company to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. They will also be responsible for managing legal documents and contracts, representing the company in legal proceedings, and providing legal consulting to other departments.
