Qualifications:
- Candidate must be from Mortgage, preferably from Affordable Housing, with exposure dealing with Non-Prime collaterals and T3 and Rural locations
- Mandatory experience in the mortgage industry (affordable housing preferred), with understanding of title search reports, revenue records and mortgageability of collateral.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in the rural sector.
- Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation.
- Ability to navigate the legal intricacies of real estate transactions.
