- LLB degree
- Company Secretary
- Knowledge of foreign (European) languages will be an additional benefit.
Experience required-
- 2-5 years working experience in any organization’s legal team or law firm or legal process out-sourcing centers.
- Good English and communication and collaboration skills required to work with teams based in different countries around the globe.
Responsibilities:
Under moderate supervision, responsible for assisting attorneys on various legal activities. Drafts routine legal documents and reports under close attorney supervision. Assists in researching legal issues and administering law department activities. Responsibilities may include updating the company law library with current changes in legislation and for keeping management and staff informed on legislative developments and court actions that impact the company.
Description-
Supporting the global legal teams on a variety of tasks including due diligence, data management, trade compliance, contract management including contract review (e.g. non-disclosure agreements, T&Cs etc.) and agreement repository, MIS reporting, working on internal systems and legal processes for handling of trademarks, corporate governance related matters, whereby all tasks will be based on clearly defined SOP’s. Any other general and administrative legal-based support.
- Handle the Legal team’s administrative work
- Conduct Due diligence of third parties based on SOP’s and external databases
- Work on corporate Governance for Global affiliates
- Handle trademarks repository
- Create and maintain an agreement repository
- Handle/use the different softwares and systems for global legal team
- Work with Europe legal team to support the team on additional team related tasks and matters.
