Responsibilities:
· Conduct legal research on corporate and civil laws
· Represent clients and attend court proceedings
· Provide legal advice and opinions
· Collaborate with partners and clients to ensure high-quality legal representation in litigation matters
Skills & Requirements:
· Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
