Qualifications:
- LLB from reputed university, experience of good law firms/corporates
- Gender Preference : Female Candidates
Responsibilities:
- A person must have an LLB Degree from a reputed university and have 4-7 years of experience with good law firms/corporates.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures.
- Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advice on possible legal issues.
- Communicate/negotiate/liaison with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority. etc.),
- Drafting and vetting court pleadings, settlement agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard organization’s interests.
- Research oriented and shall remain well versed and updated with recent amendments in various laws applicable to the organization.
- Deal with complex litigations including NCLT, SARFAESI, Writ Petitions, Criminal Cases.
- Multitasking and ability to work and deliver in extreme pressurized situations.
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
- Sound judgment and ability to analyze situations and information.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Experience in handling various types of litigations.
- Flexible for traveling
