Role:
They are hiring for the M&A and commercial team at Mensa Brands. They are an acquisition focused business looking at medium to large targets in the consumer goods space in India and offshore.
There are two roles on offer –
- M&A Counsel –
- 4-6 years of PQE; Blend of law firm and in-house preferred; Focus areas – Domestic and Offshore buy-side M&A, debt financing transactions, intra-group multi-jurisdiction restructuring, general corporate advisory including regulatory advisory spanning FDI Policy, FEMA and NDI Rules.
- Commercial Contracting Counsel –
- 3-5 years of PQE; General contracting covering ops, procurement, listing and distribution, marketing and advertisement, NDAs etc.
