Responsibilities:
Handling of:
- Motor Accident Claims Tribunal
- Third Party Claims and
- District Consumer Commission cases
- Investigate, evaluate, & settle insurance claims
- Ensure that claims are not fraudulent
- Claims related issues sort out according to Regulations
- Essential measures will be taken in order to control Fraudulent Policies.
