A Singapore based animation company is looking to hire Media & Entertainment lawyers with 4-9 yrs experience for their team in Mumbai (Goregaon Film City).
Requirements:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Handling documentation and negotiations pertaining to Content/IP License & Acquisition, Distribution, Service Provider agreements, Agency Agreements amongst others
- IP monetisation agreements- adaptation/ L&M/ character licensing/ personality rights. Subscriptions (wallets, bundling, coupons, etc.)
- Payment gateways
- Due diligence- Reviewing chain-of-title and evaluating and resolving complex rights issues.
- Gaming and Edutainment- Pre-litigation documentation and response to notices.
- Corresponding with stakeholders including creative, business affairs, production, marketing, publicity and other teams to advise on risks and issues involving a wide range of legal areas.
- Assisting with the development of forms, processes and policies.
