Qualifications:
- LLB with 1-4 years of professional work experience.
- Essential Skills:
- Well versed in contract management
- Legal documentation
- Ability to draft, review & manage agreements and contracts.
- Conduct Process audits and checks from time to time.
- Ability to multitask and work on tight timelines
- Preferred Industry Background: NBFCs / Banks / Financial Services
Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be responsible for Drafting, reviewing and legal negotiations of Lending Documents.
- Lending related contract documentation.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial lending contracts and other legal documents.
- Pre and post vetting of lending documents
- Tracking and managing NOC and pari-passu letters
- Tracking and monitoring all statutory compliance related policies
- Execution of legal documents and coordinating with different departments for the execution of documents.
