Patent Associate
Location:
Gurugram, Haryana
Qualification:
- Candidates only with B. Tech, M. Tech, M.S.C. , Ph.D. degree in Electronic/Computer Sciences.
- Registered Indian Patent Agent and/or a Degree in Law from a reputed institution will be preferred.
Experience:
2 years to 4 years
Responsibilities:
- Drafting of various agreements including but not limited to Production service, Licenses, Acquisitions.
- Vetting/reviewing of all forms of Agreements and Contracts
- Co-ordinating with clients.
- Drafting and replying to notices and complaints.
- Handling ancillary Litigation work.
