Qualification:
- Qualified LL.B. or LL.M. from a premier law school in India/Abroad.
- 6-8 years of demonstrated experience of civil/commercial litigation with good procedural knowledge of SC/HC and arbitration experience with a Tier 1 Law Firm/Reputed Chambers
- Knowing the basic fundamentals of Law but not limited to CPC, Arbitration Contract Act, Specific Relief Act, Limitation Act, Insolvency Code, Evidence Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
