There is a requirement for Qualified Company Secretary to have 2-5 years post qualification experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Updating, verifying and checking Statutory Records of the Company
- Drafting/preparing of various documents such as notices, agenda papers, minutes, resolutions for Board/Committee/General Meetings, MOUs, Corporate Governance Report, Code of Conduct, affidavit, petitions, written statements, applications, letters to govt. and other regulatory authorities
- Research oriented and maintaining updates on the various Law on the day to day basis.
- Drafting and finalization of various documents relating to secretarial matters and interpretation of law.
- Keep track of various legal updates affecting the Company
- Preparation of various reports like directors ‘report, preparation of the annual report, corporate governance report, etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Conversant with the procedure to be followed by the Company for Incorporation, Alteration in MOA/AOA, change in name, object, increase in capital, amalgamation, merger, voluntary liquidations, registration of creation/modification of charges, managerial remuneration, shifting of registered office, compounding applications, etc.
- Good understanding of FEMA / FCGPR / FCTRS / RBI / FDI related aspects of foreign investment and overseas investment in the Financial Services sector
- Strong interpretational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office is a must
- The candidate should be willing to take additional responsibilities and deliver quality output independently.
