Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University.
- Excellent drafting skills and skill to argue the matter on your own.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Word.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
Experience:
The ideal candidate shall have experience / exposure for at least 2 years in practicing in the said Courts / Tribunals
Responsibilities:
- Appearing in Courts / Tribunals and arguing the matters
- Drafting and preparing documents including Notices, Applications, Affidavits and other related documents and pleadings to be filed.
- Conducting research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and best legal practices.
- Assisting Seniors in preparing for trials, hearings and other legal proceedings.
- Reviewing and revising documents to ensure accuracy, clarity and conformity with legal requirements for filing in various Courts.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and adhering to professional ethics.
- Staying updated with the latest developments in the legal field to be incorporated in day to day legal work.
