Role:
Senior Associate – Legal
Location:
Bengaluru
Qualification:
- Law degree from a recognized institution
- Admitted to a Bar Council
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in legal consulting and advocacy
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and legal procedures
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience:
- It will be an added advantage for the candidate to have prior experience in labour & employment laws and employee relations matters as also exposure to technology contract review and negotiation.
- The candidate must possess the ability to develop their practice and work to acquire new clients.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate at Counselence, you will be responsible for day-to-day client tasks related to legal consulting and advocacy. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, directly handling clients, and providing legal advice and advocacy services to corporate clients.
