Senior Associate – Legal
Location:

Qualification:
- LL.B / BA LL.B from a recognized university
- 2+ years of relevant experience (in-house preferred)
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Understanding of labour laws and data protection compliance
- Ability to work cross-functionally with business, operations, and leadership teams.
Responsibilities:
Contracting & Commercial Support:
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, MSAs, franchise agreements, SOWs, subscription and collaboration agreements
- Support vendor onboarding, commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and risk mitigation
- Identify and assess legal, regulatory, and operational risks in business partnerships and franchise models
Regulatory & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with employment and labour laws (Shops & Establishments, wage laws, state-specific regulations) across centres and offices
- Assist with compliance under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) — including privacy policies, consent mechanisms, and vendor data protection terms
Operations & Legal Tech:
- Manage contract lifecycle via legal tech platforms
- Oversee execution, stamping, repository management, and audit preparedness
