Qualifications:
- 7+ years PQE
- A strong desire to work on complex, high-profile arbitration and litigation
- Excellent written, drafting and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Tamlyn Mills and Daniel Allman, you will work on a variety of matters involving cross-border dispute resolution including international commercial & treaty arbitration as well as arbitration-related litigation.
- You will also be exposed to a wide variety of complex commercial & corporate disputes including class actions, shareholder disputes and directors’ duties cases. Clients include energy & resources companies, financial institutions, infrastructure & construction firms, technology & innovation leaders and government bodies.
