Role:
Senior Legal Document Review Specialist
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB)
· A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in document review
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
· Experience using Discovery database platforms tools like Relativity, Brainspace, Everlaw, Nuix, etc.
· Proficiency with MS Office Suite of applications
· Knowledge of EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) skills, which refers to the various stages of the eDiscovery process will be an added advantage
· Strong computer skills, specifically in document review software, are necessary
Responsibilities:
- Must be able to execute/implement QA strategy as per requirements
- Assess the accuracy of the decisions made by the first-level review team and provide feedback when necessary
- Escalate queries and concerns related to the work performed
- Good knowledge of managed review process, and privilege review using platforms like Relativity
- Examine documents for the following factors: relevance, privilege and confidentiality
- QA of first-level reviewed documents and coming up with methods by which FLR counts could be boosted, and QA checks can be minimized
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Assist the Team Leads in examining the documents and any other related tasks that may be assigned by the Team Leads and Managers.
