Qualifications:
- LLB. LLM(preferable)
- Bar Council registered lawyer in your respective state.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in trial court practice, with a proven track record of success in a practice area.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to develop and implement strategies for business development.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide associates and support staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clients, providing legal advice and representation across a range of practice areas.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, building trust and rapport to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Work collaboratively with other partners, associates, and support staff to deliver exceptional legal services to clients.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the firm, developing and implementing strategies to drive business development and increase revenue.
- Actively participate in professional development activities to maintain and enhance legal knowledge and skills.
