Qualification:
- LLB or LLM with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent CGPA)
- 50% marks for SC/ST/PwBD categories
- Minimum 7 years of Post-Qualification Experience as an Advocate in District Court, High Court, or Supreme Court, or a Law Officer in the legal department of a Statutory Corporation
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of all contracts and legal documents
- Submit timely and appropriate legal paperwork as required
- Analyze corporate actions and decisions to identify legal risks or problem areas
- Support the legal strategy of the organization in a dynamic regulatory environment
